Plastic PE Film Recycling Washing Line Machine TT-AWS-PE – After years of technological advancements and extensive process refinement, we offer a range of solutions for recycling PP and PE scraps (such as LDPE/LLDPE film, PP woven bags, PP non-woven, PE bags, milk bottles, cosmetic containers, vegetable and fruit boxes). Our advanced modular design allows for the flexible combination of standard modules to deliver specialized solutions to our customers.

Plastic PE Film Recycling Washing Line Machine TT-AWS-PE

Our product, the Plastic PE Film Recycling Washing Line Machine TT-AWS-PE, is designed for HDPE/PP/PS/ABS/PC/PET materials. These recycling projects primarily source materials from urban and industrial collection sites, with varying sizes and compositions that differ from country to country, and even within the same country.

Our team has integrated cleaning line technology, continually refining and optimizing it. This effort has resulted in a series of modular equipment capable of adapting to the diverse characteristics of HDPE/PP/PS/ABS/PC/PET materials. Our focus lies in recycling blow-molded packaging bottles, boxes, cups, barrels, buckets, and injection waste. Our system handles both hard materials and flexible plastics, enabling a comprehensive cleaning and recycling process.

The process includes sorting, size reduction, metal removal, cold and hot washing, high-efficiency friction washing, and drying modules. These modules efficiently eliminate ferrous and non-ferrous metals, sand, oil, glue, paper, and various other contaminants.

Features/Advantages

INPUT BELT CONVEYOR

The feeding conveyor for the shredder is constructed in a heavy-duty version, equipped with a load-related control device for the conveyor belt to prevent overfeeding the shredder. An optional metal detector is available for identifying metallic contaminants and safeguarding the shredder.
The belt conveyor can be made of PVC or rubber material, and its speed is regulated by an inverter.

SHREDDER

Advantages:
– 35% increased space within the cutting chamber
– Includes a built-in hydraulic ram
– Offers variable and faster ram movement
– Occupies less space compared to traditional shredders with horizontal rams
– Features an enclosed cutting chamber to prevent materials from flying out

L TYPE BELT CONVEYOR

1. Continuously wash with fresh/clean water.
2. Incorporates a mixing function for 3D blending of materials.
3. Materials have an extended retention time of approximately 30 minutes.
4. Features an autonomous water treatment system.
5. Ability to heat water, facilitating a pre-wash with hot water.
6. Independent temperature control for six and three sections of the water system.

MAGNETIC SEPARATION BELT

An optional magnetic separation belt can be installed on the discharge belt conveyor from the shredder. This feature autonomously removes ferrous metals using a permanent magnet.

PRE-WASHER

The separation tank is constructed using stainless steel and includes a discharge drum. It features a double discharge system for heavier materials, equipped with motorized valves. Additionally, it incorporates a pneumatic water in-feed valve and automatic level control via electronic feeder. The tank also includes a compressor blower to inject compressed air at the tank’s base, accompanied by a working platform. Its design prioritizes water and energy conservation.

CRUSHER

Crushing involves water flushing; available in 3, 5, or 7 rotor designs. Knife adjustment is external to the chamber, ensuring convenience, while the operation maintains low noise levels.

FRICTION WASHER

The friction washer acts as a robust washing unit, effectively removing most contaminants. Its housing is constructed with welded stainless steel for durability. It features a reinforced rotor made of mild steel and high speed, along with oversized bearings mounted externally. The stainless steel screen has a hole size of 3 mm. Additionally, stainless steel feed and discharge hoppers are provided for the plastic flakes, and water discharge occurs at the bottom.

FLOATING WASHER

This system is designed for separating contaminants or other plastics with a specific gravity greater than 1 g/cm³ from PE/PP flakes. It includes screw-IN and screw-OUT functionalities. Its unique inner paddle design ensures adequate settling of heavy impurities. The body is constructed from stainless steel SUS304. Additionally, it features a pneumatic water in-feed valve and automatic level control via electronic sensors.

DRYING SYSTEM

We offer various drying systems tailored to handle different materials: a squeezer or centrifugal dryer and pipeline dryer, depending on customer specifications. For softer materials like film, we can use either a squeezer or centrifugal dryer, ensuring material moisture is controlled within 5-8%. In the case of rigid plastic materials, our options include a centrifugal dryer and pipeline dryer system, reducing material moisture to less than 1% after the drying process.

STORAGE SILO

To ensure uninterrupted operation and consistent feeding for the downstream extrusion pelletizing line, we’ll utilize a buffer silo for storing washed material. Its specialized design guarantees unobstructed material flow, and at the top of the silo, a cyclone device removes dust efficiently.

ELECTRICAL CABINET

The electric control components, sourced from reputable brands like Schneider, include circuit breakers, AC contacts, press buttons, and pilot lamps. These components are integral for controlling the entire electrical system, operating on safety interlock principles. All electrical units utilized are from trusted brands such as LS, Schneider, and ABB.
